Policies for in the Salon

Please read all of these policies before contacting about booking an appointment with Morgan. Her time is valuable, and this is how she makes a living. Think about if you were to go to work one day and your boss says "Sorry, you will not be paid for three hours of your time". This is what happens as a hairstylist when someone no shows/cancels last minute.

Policies

Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy

Cancellations made 24 hours before your scheduled appointment can reschedule with no fee. If you cancel after the 24-hour window, you will have to put down a 30% deposit for your next service.

New clients

All new clients will be required to pay a $30 non-refundable deposit fee that goes towards the cost of your service,

Late Policy

If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we will need to reschedule your appointment and you will be required to pay a deposit towards your next service.

No shows

If you no show an appointment, you will not be allowed to reschedule without paying for half of the previous appointment along with a $30 deposit for the next appointment.
